We would like to invite you to take part in an online research community discussion group to support the University of Leeds’ Campus Experience project. This project will help put the experiences and needs of students at the heart of decision-making to help shape and inspire strategy and future planning around the campus experience.
What is the research and what is expected of me?
You, alongside other students at the University of Leeds, will join an online community answering questions about your experiences on campus at the University of Leeds. You will answer a series of online tasks/questions over a period of five days. There is no set time to complete the tasks each day so you can log in when it is convenient for you. Overall, we estimate it will take you around 30 minutes each day to answer the questions, so 2.5 hours over the five days.
When will the research take place?
The community will begin on 8th November and will take place for 5 days.
Will I be rewarded for my time?
Yes! If you complete the online community, you will receive a £25 Giftpay voucher, which is redeemable at a number of online and high street retailers, for example Amazon, Deliveroo, Blackwell's, H&M and many more!
How can I sign up?
Simply take 5 minutes to register your interest by completing this survey. You will be asked to tell us a bit about yourself and provide your contact details. If you have been chosen to take part in the community, we will be in touch with information about how to join the community.

Personal data which you provide us with will only be used for the purposes stated which you give your consent for and will not be kept longer than is necessary. Alterline may share your data with a GDPR compliant third-party data processor, however only for the purposes of this research.
Information which you provide will not be associated with your name, identity or contact details when reported. Anonymised information and raw data may be shared with University of Leeds including demographic information if you provide it, and/or used in research reports which may or may not be available to the public. If you give open ended responses, quotes from these responses may be used alongside broad demographic information in reports and raw data sets.
NB: If you disclose any information during this research which leads Alterline to believe that you are at risk of harm to yourself or others, we have a safeguarding obligation to report this to the appropriate authority.
