Welcome to the Library Life Pulse, an important survey about your experiences of the University of Liverpool Library. Your views will help the Library to understand students' study needs and develop services for the future.

Winners will be chosen randomly by Alterline and contacted within three weeks of the draw date. The questionnaire is being administered by an independent research agency, Alterline. All survey responses will be reported anonymously and will not be identifiable to you in any way. We have found this survey takes, on average, 15 minutes to complete.

Alterline are an independent research agency who fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Alterline act as the data controller of any personal data you share with us during this research and are collecting it under the lawful basis of informed consent.
Personal data which you provide us with will only be used for the purposes stated which you give your consent for and will not be kept longer than is necessary. Alterline may share your data with a GDPR compliant third-party data processor, however only for the purposes of this research.
Information which you provide will not be associated with your name, identity or contact details when reported. Anonymised information and raw data may be shared with the University of Liverpool Library including demographic information if you provide it, and/or used in research reports which may or may not be available to the public. If you give open ended responses, quotes from these responses may be used alongside broad demographic information in reports and raw data sets.
